Understanding our refund terms and conditions

Refund Guarantee

My ProsHub is committed to protecting your transactions when conducted through our secure payment system.

Refund Eligibility

My ProsHub will guarantee a refund to the client if and only if the following conditions are met:

Secure Payment Transaction

Such transaction was conducted through My ProsHub secure payment option. Transactions made outside our platform are not eligible for refunds.

Service Non-Completion

Verified that the demanded service was not completed by the service provider within the agreed timeframe and with no communication between the parties.

Change of Mind Policy

The client has changed their mind, to which a penalty fee of 10% shall be charged on the paid amount under the following conditions:

a.

Service Not Started

If the service was not yet delivered and process not started, a 10% penalty fee applies.

b.

Service Process Commenced

If the process for delivery of service has commenced (e.g., materials secured, transport incurred), the costs incurred shall be withheld from the refund amount.

c.

Service Delivered

If the service has been delivered, no refund may be effected unless the service provider agrees otherwise.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Transactions conducted outside My ProsHub platform
  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted
  • Disputes not reported within the specified timeframe
